That perspective matters. And it's exactly why I started Lume People.
I've worked alongside businesses that care deeply about their people and the experience they create. Sometimes the right intentions just need the right support behind them to come to life consistently. That's where I come in.
On the candidate side, I've always believed that the right role has to fit your whole life, not just your CV. The salary, the career trajectory, the personal and family considerations. I've asked the tough questions and given the full truth so people walk into every opportunity clear-eyed and genuinely confident.
And then there's the personal part. I've been through two redundancies in six months. I know what it feels like to be handed a list of options that don't come close to reflecting what you're truly capable of. I refused to believe I was an off the shelf hire, and that experience is exactly why I fight so hard to make sure the people I work with never feel that way either.
I'm here because I care about people making the right decisions and businesses getting hiring right. And because I know what it looks like when both sides come together well.
